This is the absolute worst airline in India. Be it at major hubs or smaller airports, their flights are constantly delayed and 70% of the time, cancelled as well. I didn't know this before I made the truly horrible decision to book my flight. Even from Mumbai, this absolute joke of an airline, first delayed my flight by 4 hours and then cancelled it about an hour before the new departure time. Reason? None given. But looking at other reviews I'm glad I didn't die from their incompetence in air. Rebooking? Not available for 3 days. Reasonable behavior from flight staff? Absolutely not. The staff has just pure unadulterated sewage in place of the 'professionalism' part of other peoples' brains. They use uncouth language in every single interaction. They cut the call the minute you say 'refund'. They are yet to say 'sorry for the flight cancellation'. I hope this airline loses its license and every single staff member is blacklisted from ANY role in travel and hospitality. And ban them from customer-facing roles in other industries too.
